Welcome to Just Like Home. A privately owned registered children’s day nursery located in East Finchley.From the moment a child steps into our nursery, our qualified, passionate and dedicated nursery team provide a warm welcome which helps your little ones settle straight in and feel just like home.
About us
Our mission is to promote excellent child development through fun and engaging activities. We pride ourselves in being respectful, honest, kind, safe and inclusive so that everyone is able to flourish in our care.Our setting, (an old church building) provides the perfect setting equipped to offer the highest standards of care for children aged between 2 years and five years.We have a large and bright hall used for role play, messy play, educational activities as well as many other activities which follow the EYFS curriculum. We also have a fully equipped garden with climbing frames, monkey bars and a vegetable garden too.

Amelia Fedor
Just Like Home Nursery is owned and run by Amelia Fedor, who has over 20 years experience in childcare and Teaching and has completed a BA/SW degree.Our caring, dedicated and professional staff team hold NVQ Level 2,3 in childcare and Degree qualifications. All staff are trained in Paediatric First Aid, Child Protection, Safeguarding, Fire safety, Food Hygiene.

Term dates and fees
Our nursery is open from 7:30am - 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), and 2 weeks over the Christmas / New Year period.

CHILDREN 3 AND OVER
Children 3 or over will be entitled to Early Years Education Entitlement funding, beginning from the start of the term after their 3rd birthday (that is, from September, January or April). Please visit Childcare Choices to find out what your options are.Please note: Just Like Home Nursery will aim to offer you a funded space, but unfortunately cannot guarantee availability. Although this is often referred to as ‘free childcare’, you may still be eligible for nursery fees. Speak to the Nursery Manager to discuss exactly how the funding will work for you.Some children aged 2 are also entitled to Early Years Education Entitlement funding.
